Not everyone is of the same fitness level. Some of us are beginning a fitness program. Some of us just want to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Others are fitness freaks, trying to maintain chiseled abs. Safari Fit has been designed for all these fitness levels in mind. As you move through the program from Meerkat to Lion, the workouts get more difficult.

Working out can get dull and uninteresting. To add more fun to your workouts, we have given each exercise a unique animal name, often corresponding to the animal action.

Safari Fit is designed for those who really want to get in shape. These workouts are not easy. If you complete the workouts on your level, you will feel it.

There are 76 exercises included in the app. Each exercise contains a descriptions and an instructional video. All the videos are contained within the app and do not require an internet connection to view. Each exercise has been given a unique name to make it fun for the user.

The app begins by asking the user to take a fitness test to determine their appropriate level. The Fitness test is what makes this app different from any other fitness app. You will be assigned either Meerkat, Springbok, Cheetah, Leopard, or Lion depending on your score. Now you are ready to begin your fitness training based on your appropriate fitness level.

After each Fitness test, the app takes a screenshot of these results and saves it to your photos.

Each level contains 40 workouts. These workouts are designed with both Cardio and Strengthening in mind. These workouts are challenging. Let me repeat - these workouts are CHALLENGING. The WILL get you in shape if you finish them. They are not designed to give you a false sense of accomplishment. They are designed to get you in shape.

You can decide to take another fitness test at any time, or you can decide to finish all 40 workouts on your level before taking a test. You will not be able to advance to the next fitness level until your score is high enough. Your fitness points are earned solely from the tests you have taken.

The Main Page is your app HQ.

The very top of the screen is the summery of your profile. It displays your earned level, score, and points needed to reach the next level.

The Profile Page is the page where you can see a detailed report on your progress. Aside from level name, scores, and points to the next level there are many helpful features.

- Running man will show you where you stand in a particular level and how close you are to the next one.

- Graph will track your fitness test results and show you how you are progressing.

- Sharing allows you to show off to your friends. Most of your favorite social networks are included.

- Take a test from the profile page is simple. Click the button and you are ready to test your limits.

- Button "Manual" allows you to skip taking a test and choose any level you want. Want to know what the "Lion" level is about? Then go for it.

If you have done a certain workout till the end it will also show up on the "Complete Workout" page as complete.

We really poured our heart and soul into this app to provide as much value as possible to the end user. We hope you enjoy using the app as much as we enjoyed creating it.
